Energy must be transferred to an object to do work.  In arts organizations, it takes work to grow and change.  Something we must do to thrive.  As employees or volunteers, at these organizations, we are constantly looking for resources to inspire or support new and growing ideas.  To give those ideas the energy.  I created Energize Arts as a resource for anyone working, or aspiring to do work, in the arts.  May they take what they find and bring new energy to their organizations.
